Refund and Returns Policy

At CHILI KUTIR LLP, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality pickles, papad, and snacks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy.
📌 1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible
📌 2. Returns Policy
We generally do not accept returns due to the nature of food products.
However, returns/replacements are allowed only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaking
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is spoiled or unfit for consumption
📌 3. Replacement / Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
👉 Without proof, requests may not be accepted
📌 4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
📌 5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Minor variation in taste, color, or texture (natural for handmade products)
📌 6. Important Notes
- Please ensure correct address and contact details while placing the order
- Always use a clean and dry spoon to maintain product quality after opening
